This week on IXL, I learned decimals. I went on IXL for two hours and 38 minutes.  I learned how to write decimals.  I also learned patterns with decimals.  Lexi

 

This week we started an experiment.  It is on how decomposers work and act.  We have a piece of bread and an apple.  The apple has changed and is producing juice, the bread hasn’t changed.  Grace

 

In Science, we put 1 slice of bread in a bag and a cut up apple in another bag.  The bread has not changed and the apples have changes.  The bread looks a little dry and the apples have little brown stripes.  Poppy

 

This week on IXL, I did line and line segments.  It was very fun and easy.  Every time I go on IXL, I have fun.  Abigail

 

For Mother’s Day we made stuff.  We took them home yesterday.  I couldn’t take mine home because I’m missing one thing.  Mikey

 

This week we did IXL Math.  We did decimals for example 0.91 would be 91/100.  We did T.1 and it was easy.  We did it to practice for the NJ ASK.  Kaitlyn

 

We are doing Mother’s Day presents.  We made tiles and at aftercare we are making pens.  I have my Mother’s Day stuff under my bed.  Justin

 

This week we made really cute Mother’s Day gifts and some of us took them home.  The kids who did not take them home were the one who had something missing on their gift.  I had a really fun time making our Mother’s Day gifts.  Tucker

 

This week we are preparing for the NJ ASK.  We got a book to prepare us for the test.  We were able to write about your favorite holiday or Aliyah and a kitten. I chose to write about Aliyah and the kitten. Matthew

 

For IXL we did Perimeter.  Perimeter is when you add up all the sides.  It is fun.  Cooper

 

The class is reading a book called Charlotte’s Web.  It’s about a spider named Charlotte.  Charlotte tries to save Wilbur (who is the pig) from being turned into food on Christmas.  Nina

 

Last week Mrs. Conti brought in bread and an apple for Science.  The apple is brown and the nothing has happened to the bread.  Kenny

 

This week we are practicing for the NJ ASK.  On Monday we’re doing Writing and Math.  Also, we’ve been practicing for weeks!  Tamana

 

We are reading Charlotte’s Web.  It’s about a pig that’s a runt and he goes to the fair.  I really can’t wait to see what happens.  Hannah

 

This week our class is reading Charlotte’s Web.  It is about a pig named Wilbur who might be turned into a pork chop by Christmas.  Fern, the girl can hear what the animals can say.  Charlotte makes a web that says nice things about Wilbur.  So the humans won’t eat Wilbur, that’s why it’s called Charlotte’s Web.  Abby

 

This week we were studying for the NJ ASK.  We are studying Math and Writing.  We got a book to write stories in.  Kevin
