2018-2019 

Holland is very proud to announce the hire of Justine Doran as Girls Basketball Head Coach.

Justine comes in with a wealth of basketball experience as a player at Alexandria Middle School and as a 4-year letterman and 1000-point scorer at Del Val HS and then as team captain at Georgian Court University. Justine's younger sister Kaitlyn, who as well had an outstanding career at Del Val will be on board as a volunteer assistant.

To all interested in trying out for Girls Basketball this winter, please keep in mind that your development as a player never ends. The best players I have ever coached work on their game all year around in one facet or another ...

-Speed Dribble L/R

-NBA Crossover
-Spider Dribble
-Figure 8 Dribble
-2 Ball Drill (high, low, alternate, alternate high/low, crossover)
-Speed Layups L/R
-Power Layups L/R
-Jump Shot (off pass, off dribble)
-Free Throws, Free Throws, and when you're done ... MORE FREE THROWS!
-Wind Sprints (gassers)
-Jump Rope (2 feet, alternate, running man, one leg L/R)
-Indy O (perimeter AND post moves regardless of position)
-Indy D (defensive stance, slides, footwork, ball denial, rebounding)
