Chorale places first with a “superior” rating at the “Music In The Parks” Festival

June 17, 2013 – The Holland Township School Chorale placed first with a “superior” rating at the “Music In The Parks” competition in Kutztown, Pa., on May 24, 2013 in the mixed choir/middle school category.

Choirs are judged by groups of comparable school size, middle school/high school and voicing.

Jordan Reina won the “Outstanding Vocalist Award” as the best soloist 7th through 12th grade.

The Chorale rehearses twice each week in the mornings before school.

The accompanist was Sheila Mandato (8th grade), and the soloists were Amalia Crevani (8th grade) and Jordan Reina (8th grade).

The director was Mr. Craig Lerch.
